Honey Pecans

Pecans are literally the perfect snack; they’re sweet, smooth and creamy. However, we have taken arguably the best nut up a notch.  We have roasted and glazed these bad boys in honey, making a delectable treat. Pecans are a natural source of protein, fibre and fats so it’s always useful to keep a pot near you when you feel a bit peckish for a filling and nutritious snack. Not to mention the added goodness of honey.  There is probably no better treat out there. Tip: these would also be awesome chopped into a carrot cake or sprinkled on a boring, leafy salad.
