Nyssaé, which means Women, was born from a desire to commit to a cooperative of 60 women in south-west Morocco and to restore the image of a natural treasure that has been overused, cut , mixed for the last 10 years: argan oil. The brand offers a single product, Mon Essentiel, a 100% pure, crude argan oil, without perfume or additives, tested by an independent French laboratory, from organic farming and Fairtrade certified.
Having grown up and lived in Morocco for 20 years, the founder Mouna GHERRAS, knows perfectly well the argan oil which she uses from a very young age. She was repeatedly disappointed by the quality of argan oil offered, the lack of traceability and transparency of the brands. It is also animated by a fight: that of contributing on its scale to the financial emancipation of rural women through work. After yet another disappointment, she decides to go looking for several months and without any intermediary the best possible argan oil. Its philosophy is also driven by a conviction: reasonable and reasoned consumption of cosmetics is the best way to take care of our body and our planet: a single good product is worth 10!
