Blackcurrant jam

Ingredients: blackcurrant (54%), sugar. Prepared with 62g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Store in a cool place after opening. DDM 1 year. We prepare our jam with the fruits from our harvest. Our blackcurrants are selected for their taste quality. They are grown in open ground and picked when perfectly ripe.
