Ingredients: strawberries (27%), rhubarb (27%), sugar, organic lemon juice. Prepared with 68g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Store in a cool place after opening. DDM 1 year. We prepare our jam with the fruits from our harvest. Our strawberries are selected for their taste quality. They are grown in open ground and picked when perfectly ripe. We also grow our own rhubarb plants.
