Do you also know that you actually want to eat healthy, but somehow something always comes up? You can't get out of bed in the morning and then don't have time to have a proper breakfast? Or do you have too much stress at work, at university or at school and do you quickly eat something in between?


It was the same for us. We, that's Tim and Philipp, two passionate athletes with a penchant for healthy eating. In the morning, the time in bed was often more valuable to us than the time for a proper breakfast. During the day we were often so busy that there was no time to think about healthy eating. Over time, however, we realized that things couldn't go on like this. With increasing stress at work, at university or with our passion, sport, we were no longer able to perform to our full potential. As a result, we decided to change something and to attach particular importance to wholesome nutrition in the future.

To counteract this, we have decided to bring healthy, simple and natural products to the market that will help you to easily integrate healthy eating into your everyday life. The result is our smoothie bowls and bliss balls. The smoothie bowls combine the best properties of fruity, vitamin-rich smoothie bowls and filling oatmeal. So you can start the day healthy and tasty in the morning. We then developed our Bliss Balls for on the go. These are little date-based balls that will get you through any midday slump with their high fiber content. Whether with Alice, Benjamin or Karla, we hope you enjoy it!
