OCA NERA is Caroline and Rémi, two passionate beekeepers 25 minutes south of Bastia in Haute Corse. Our colonies forage all year round for endemic flora ranging from the coastal plains to the mid-mountains of our island. This allows us to offer a range of honeys labeled AOP Miel de Corse - Mele di Corsica: Spring, Clementine, Spring Maquis, Chestnut, Maquis Honey, Summer Flowers, Autumn Maquis. We are committed to working in a reasoned and responsible way in order to offer quality honey, with varied and surprising flavors harvested at maturity and extracted by cold centrifugation. We also produce waxed food packaging (bee wraps) made from our Sealing and fabric wax Oeko tex 100.
