The Cortado comes from the habit of adding a small amount of hot milk to an espresso, to soften its sweet acidic taste and make it ideal for the evening. These coffee capsules are Dolce Gusto compatibles. The coffee is roasted gently and slowly for 17 - 20 minutes in hot air, at about 220°C. Our coffee is not processed industrially and has no additives. Our company is certified according to ISO 9001 and IFS.
