OCNI is a passionate team of 8 people based in Alès in the
Gard. Specialized in culinary design and food innovation, Benoît
Le Guein, the Food Savant imagines and experiments with Edible Objects
In 2017, the first OCNI marketed: a natural seasoning and
plant in the shape of a sharpening pencil, of which 150,000 pieces come out each
year of the Alesian workshops.
The range includes around fifteen pencils which evolves with the seasons.
with, in particular, Cèpe de Corrèze, figs from Vaucluse, garlic
Drôme black or even Espelette pepper.
In 2022, a new OCNI is born: a condiment presented under the
shape of a grating bottle. Two references are available:
Ketchup and Mustard.
All the ingredients that make up the OCNI are original
natural and vegetal, sourced with care and from agriculture
