Born in Brittany, in Clohars-Carnoët, Octa is a craft brewery that observes the sky to create its beers.
Our name comes from the octa scale, the meteorological index that measures cloud cover in the sky, from 0 (perfectly clear sky) to 9 (totally covered). We have repurposed this measure to qualify our beers: each creation carries its own Octa index, reflecting its opacity.
Modern beers, designed for taste
At Octa, we brew contemporary, aromatic, and bold beers. Cold-hopped, fruity, tart or round. Each recipe is designed to offer a straightforward, uncompromising taste experience. Our beers are packaged in 44cl cans, an ideal format to preserve the aromas and facilitate logistics.
A visual universe rooted in nature
Each beer is adorned with a visual representing a natural phenomenon—storm, aurora, eruption—directly echoing what you find in the glass. Octa's graphic identity tells a story even before the first sip.
