The hot air balloon - illustration 18x18 cm

Illustration on Fabriano Cotton Rag 240 gr paper. Illustration dimensions: 18x18 cm The Scientist and the Hot Air Balloon Once upon a time, there was a scientist named Achilles, fascinated by the stars. Every night he watched them from the land, dreaming of getting closer to them. One day, he had a brilliant idea: to build a golden hot air balloon to rise to the heavens. With the help of the villagers, he spent weeks creating his masterpiece. The big day arrived, and Achilles settled into the basket. As the hot air balloon slowly ascended, the villagers, amazed, shouted to him: "Tell us what you see from up there!" But, obsessed with his desire to touch the stars, Achilles ignored their calls. The higher he climbed, the more isolated he felt. The stars remained out of reach, and the silence of the heavens became crushing. Finally, he went back down, disappointed. The villagers, still enthusiastic, welcomed him: "So, what did you discover?" Achilles looked down and murmured, "I forgot to look down..." Moral: By aiming for the stars, we sometimes forget the treasures right before our eyes.
