Grilled organic green olives from Greece marinated with herbs and bukovo GR-BIO-01 After the obligatory debittering in brine, GrillOELives are briefly placed on the grill and then vacuum packed in the glass with a spicy marinade made from olive oil, herbs and Bukovo. That way they stay crisp and flavorful. Bukovo is an old, hot pepper variety from northern Greece, which is being cultivated again in recent times. At OEL, we are a Berlin-based company made up of three women and two men, which has been dedicated to the production of organic, pure, native organic Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil for several years and offers other particularly good and innovative products based on Greek olives.
