It is probably because of a childhood spent in the countryside and holidays by the ocean that I love nature and wide open spaces so much. From my father, a tireless handyman, and my mother, an outstanding seamstress, I learned the value of manual work and a taste for beautiful materials.
After several years spent in the world of gastronomy where I handle textures and flavors, I set myself a new challenge and dropped anchor in the Landes to work on boats, another passion inherited from my childhood.
Boat sails become my new source of inspiration: I thus divert sailmaking and seamanship techniques with rigor, elegance and creativity to make light fixtures or paintings, in a contemporary spirit.
In 2019, I decided to embark on an adventure: the brand "OEST", southwest in Gascon, was born!
Its name pays homage to this beautiful land of Landes, between pine forests and ocean beaches.
