Located in the heart of the Basque Country, and with 10 years of experience, Okina is an artisanal biscuit factory that offers products with simple and natural recipes. The charm of its cookies operates thanks to a pleasantly crunchy texture. The choice of raw materials is made from quality and local producers: Ossau Iraty PDO sheep cheese is made a few kilometers from the biscuit factory, the flour comes from a local flour mill and the chilli obviously comes from Espelette. . Okina cookies do not contain preservatives, colorings or palm oil.
