A company that was born almost half a century ago, in 1970, from an intuition and foresight of Mr. Diego and Mr. Raffaella Mallia. Since he was young he had been an oil merchant and, when he thought the time was ripe, he decided to create his own oil mill.
Years of sacrifice and courage have allowed that small mill to grow year after year. Thanks to grandfather Diego and grandmother Raffaella but also to their children Giovanni, Silvana and Maria who, having grown up within this world marked by the rhythms of the seasons and the small miracles of nature, have always given their contribution
A reality that today has about 5000 olive trees and 2000 carob trees. In 2004, Mr. Diego decided to dedicate himself solely to the care of his land and left the management of the mill to his children.
With them comes a modernization of the company and the transition from a traditional milling system to a continuous cycle plant that has allowed to improve and perfect the quality of the oil signed Mallia
Today the third generation is also starting to come forward, the grandchildren of grandfather Diego, who have always grown up listening to the advice of a hard worker, wise and capable of respecting the magnificence of nature. Now experience and study merge together giving life to a marriage that guarantees products that give emotions to the sense of smell, sight and above all to taste.
