The company is located in Belpasso, a small town on the Etna Volcano. We have been producing Artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oil since 1950, with the olives of the Nocellara dell'Etna variety present exclusively on the Etna Volcano. The olives are harvested by hand and brought to our mill where a few hours later they are pressed in a modern plant with cold extraction. We produce Conventional, Organic, Dop Monte Etna and IGP Sicily Oils.
