One of our favorite antipasti: our artisanal black olive cream! This black olive cream is prepared with Peranzana olives, salt and virgin olive oil, without additives or preservatives. The olives are pitted, lightly roasted, then blended. Handcrafted in the Gargano Natural Park, it is BRC food certified.
