The meeting of our finest olives and French garlic. Garlic olive oil is made from our “Subtil” oil, to which we add garlic semolina from Provence which we leave to infuse to obtain a fruity and powerful olive oil. We recommend a certain dosage in order to preserve the aromas of the olive oil. A simple drizzle on your fish, vegetables, salads or cheeses will bring a touch of "pep" to your dishes.
