 It is made in our Oil Mill in Saint Martin de Crau, near the Alpilles, in Provence Our mill combines the finest Olives with magnificent Fresh Corsican Lemons by mechanical press to obtain a fruity, slightly tangy oil which gives it a subtle and delicious taste.
