An Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Intense - Green fruity. This oil will delight lovers of Green Fruity with its complexity and harmony. It is characterized by its herbaceous taste with notes of raw artichoke, slightly fiery and with a touch of bitterness. Ideal for salads, raw vegetables, cheese, it can also be used with grilled fish, aioli, or in your Mediterranean dishes. This oil is made from “Picholines” olives harvested in our Olive Grove. These olives are picked early (October) and immediately crushed in our mill in Saint Martin de Crau. As a result, the oil is concentrated in aromas.
