An Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Subtle - Ripe fruity. This Traditional Oil will delight all taste buds It is characterized by notes of Dried and Ripe Fruits. Ideal with raw/cooked vegetables, meat, fish, soup or even in your pastries.
 This Oil is made from “Picholines” Olives Harvested in our Olive Grove. 
These Olives are picked ripe and crushed just after harvest in our Mill in Saint Martin de Crau. 
The late harvest allows the olives to develop sweeter and fruity aromas.
