 It is composed of 95% Green Olive Pulp (olives, water, salt), Olive Oil, Herbs, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Anchovy Cream (salted anchovies, olive oil ), Spices and Vinegar. The Olives come from our Olive Grove and the Oil from our Mill in Saint Martin de Crau, near the Alpilles ORIGIN: France, 100% Provence Also available: Black tapenade, Pepper cream, Pistou, Espelette pepper, Onion confit, Sardinade, Tomato
