In 2022 and 2023, Nadia was elected best female producer of the year in Tunisia (Dido international – Tunisian Olive Oil Women’s Network). ---Responsible oils Our olive grove is committed to organic and responsible production (non-intensive mixed farming, controlled irrigation, use of auxiliary animals). Our model aims to develop and support local employment, particularly for women breadwinners, by guaranteeing equal pay for men and women, job sustainability, social rights and training. Our program “5,000 olive trees for Nature and People” – co-financed by Impact Europe – aims to absorb 100 tons of carbon per year and develop the employability of rural women and young people in the region. It is based on a campaign to plant 5,000 olive trees and 500 carob trees, the production of 10 tonnes of plant compost per year, and the creation and distribution of a booklet sharing good practices with 350 farmers in the region.
