Olivar de Quesada is the brand of the Bética Aceitera cooperative (2,300 members) based in Jaén. Our cooperative was founded in 1954. We belong to the Sierra de Cazorla Denomination of Origin, a guarantee of quality and currently recognized as one of the best extra virgin olive oils in the world. Our olive groves grow at an altitude between 750 and 1,800 meters, which translates into oils that are very low in acidity (below 0.19º) and rich in polyphenols (above 830mg/kilo). We produce extra virgin olive oil in Premium, Campaign, Early Harvest and Organic quality, in the Picual and Royal varieties. We have stainless steel tanks with a capacity of more than 10 million litres. We have all relevant international certificates
