Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena HoReCa (2L)

This balsamic vinegar from Modena is made with organic cooked grape must carefully prepared by Nicolò Verrini and Giorgio Regnani. Aged in oak barrels, it offers a dense texture (1.34) and a balanced taste, with sweet and tangy flavors and discreet woody notes. This is the same vinegar as our bestseller in the 250ml format. Following numerous requests from professionals, we offer it in 2L format for use in the kitchen. It does not have PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certification, as this is only possible in the 250 ml format. Origin: Modena, Italy It goes perfectly with one of our olive oils in all types of salads, but also goes very well with fruits such as figs, strawberries and pears, as well as fresh cheeses. The container is of the "jerrycan" type in white food-grade plastic, with a black cap. The date of minimum durability is 5 years (pure balsamic vinegar is however not a perishable product).
