We are Oltresole.
Born in Forlì, in the heart of Romagna's culinary history, of which the famous Pellegrino Artusi was the interpreter.
In order to bring high quality food to the table, we collaborate with experts in the agri-food sector, to be sure of offering natural products, free of preservatives, carefully selected and certified (DOP, IGP, BIO), many of which are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.
A profound integration that allows us to offer decisive flexibility in the quantities of orders and a high level of food products offered, many of which have organoleptic qualities of high nutritional / health value. Our Italian organic pasta is a clear example of this, produced by hand, it comes with a completely gluten free and a functional line. To these are added our cereals, legumes and organic seeds, the organic flour from which we obtain the same pasta and the dried fruit line.
