Oltresole organic oats, grown in Italy and offered in a convenient 5 kg format, are available in whole, hulled grains, ideal for preparing tasty vegan or vegetarian recipes. 🥣Ideal for breakfast | 🌾 Rich in fiber and protein While rolled oats are often eaten raw, with milk or yogurt for a nutritious breakfast, whole grain oats are perfect for soups, broths, and salads. Unlike oat flakes, these grains maintain all their original nutritional properties, offering a high intake of fiber, B vitamins and mineral salts (such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and copper). 💧No soaking required. Before cooking, it's important to rinse the oats under running water to remove any impurities. While not necessary, soaking it for an hour can shorten cooking times and make it softer. After soaking, it can be boiled for 40–50 minutes.
