There are also some vitamins such as A, B1 B2 B3 B4 B6 K and J. Red wine, unlike white, contains 20 times higher concentrations of phenolic compounds. Moderate wine intake seems to have a beneficial effect also on the bones, counteracting osteoporosis in both men and women. Being an alcoholic drink it is recommended to use it in moderation as it can cause addiction. CURIOSITY: Trebbiano as handed down by Varrone was brought by the Etruscans. Pliny the Elder, on the other hand, recalled a "Vinum trebulanum" produced "in agro Trebulanis" near Capua in Campania and this source has led to the belief that the origin of the vine is therefore Campania. The name Trebbiano could also derive from Trebbia, a Piacenza river tributary of the Po or from one of the numerous villages such as Trebbiano near Sarzana Trebbiano di Ponte Nizza in the Oltrepò Pavese Trebbio near Sansepolcro Trebbio nel Bresciano or the city of Trebula today Treglia in the province of Caserta . Trebbiano Romagnolo is locally called "Trebbiano della flame" because the ripe grapes take on a particular bright yellow-golden color unlike the others. The wine is produced using the grapes of the same name (minimum 85%) and the production area includes the municipalities belonging to the provinces of Bologna, Forlì-Cesena and Ravenna. Among the versions produced there are also sparkling and sparkling wines.
