This unique recipe is cooked in Provence using ingredients carefully chosen for their balance of flavors. Thanks to particularly sweet peppers and cashew nuts which add creaminess. 

Labeled Forest Garden, they are 100% Vietnam, fair trade and traced back to their production plot. 

Grown and shelled on site, they are then sent to France by boat. •A recipe without added sugar! .To enhance the taste of this product, no sugar has been added. 

The extra virgin olive oil brings roundness and deliciousness, the cider vinegar brings a touch of pep and the spices make the mixture unique and spicy. •Controlled pepper sectors. 

They come from FRDP, a manufacturer of organic frozen fruits and vegetables based in the South of France. 

They teamed up in 2018 to buy a freezing plant in Spain, where the peppers come from. 

FRDP works on the creation of sectors with regular monitoring by an agronomist and is committed to ensuring their sustainability by directly signing a cultivation contract each year with each producer. Allergens: Tree nuts
