Chickpeas are grown by the producers of our partner cooperative in Tarn-et-Garonne. 

We support producers towards organic soil conservation agriculture; a diagnosis was notably carried out with a farmer from the cooperative, in order to find out about the agricultural practices used. •Carrots labeled Organic Fair Trade in France. 

Carrots are grown by farmers in the North and in the Loire, the sector is labeled Biofair in France, which implies fair commercial relations & agricultural practices in favor of soil health (soil cover, reduction of plowing, cultural associations, agroforestry, etc.) • A commitment right down to exotic ingredients. 

Some ingredients cannot be grown locally due to bioclimatic conditions.   The coconut milk comes from a traditional coconut growing sector in Sri Lanka, guaranteed to be fair and free of deforestation. 

Producers are supported on regenerative practices such as mulching, the use of coconut leaves to nourish the soil and retain moisture in the roots.   The curry spice blend was selected and prepared by Arcadie, a partner committed to agriculture that respects people and the planet. 

For example, the turmeric & ginger sectors are the result of direct collaboration with an association of producers and a collection company in Madagascar, where socio-economic and ecological programs are financed for the community of producers. Allergens: Gluten (traces), Soy (traces)
