Labeled Organic Agriculture and Bee-friendly, this wine is produced with the greatest respect for health and nature. 

The Bassac estate produces authentic wines taking into account the particularity of the terroir, and the subtle balance between the vines and the soil.   The quantity of sulphite is much lower than what is authorized by the specifications for Organic Agriculture. 

Why not 0 sulfites? 

Because natural wines require a strictly constant temperature between leaving the cellars and your personal cellar to ensure their stability, which would require ensuring all the logistics in a refrigerated truck. •A wine selected with an expert sommelier.

The vines are located on the Bassac estate, in the Côtes de Thongue, a family property for several generations. 

The cellar where the wine is made also belongs to the estate, it is located a few km from the vineyards.   Thanks to unparalleled know-how, the Bassac estate produces a fruity wine that is supple on the palate, very far from the clichés that we may have about Languedoc wines.
