The recipe was designed with Cocotte Gourmande, located in the Charentes, for its close collaboration with organic farmers in its region. 

Through its hummus, Cocotte allows them to promote their chickpea production in a different way and increase farmers' income. The chickpeas come from a group of pioneering organic producers and are processed less than 80 km from the fields. •A hummus that keeps so as not to throw away. 

Most hummus is fresh: which requires the addition of additives for its preservation and its packaging is mainly plastic. 

Also, we worked on a recipe that can be preserved, without additives and with a glass jar. •A simple recipe with 0 additives.
