To taste this ratatouille is to adopt it! 

It is carefully mixed by hand in large pots, and has all the hallmarks of a traditional homemade ratatouille: the good taste of the vegetables thanks to a greater proportion of eggplant than zucchini, also essential for optimal texture.

The tomatoes are French and come directly from a group of 50 producers in the PACA region.   All other vegetables come from a processing sector labeled Bioentreprisesustainable which works directly with farmers and sets up long-term partnerships.
