The recipe we developed is based on lentils, a legume rich in fiber and protein, no ultra-processing in our bolognese! They come from a cooperative in Tarn-et-Garonne, a diagnosis was carried out with one of the farmers in order to find out about the agricultural practices used. The guarantee of a tasty taste is also thanks to organic French tomatoes grown in open fields. We obtain our supplies directly from a South-West group of around fifteen farmers. Plus, no unnecessary ingredients like starch are added to thicken our sauce. •Organic garlic that comes from Spain and not China. Today, due to a question of price, almost all the garlic in market products comes from China. However, we chose garlic from Spain and organic, the price of which is twice as high as this. We support our partner in its project to relaunch the production and processing of organic garlic in France! •Why partner with chef Thierry Marx? Beyond his multiple Michelin stars, Thierry Marx is known for his social and environmental commitment: support for small local producers, collaboration with Restos du Coeur, culinary training for prisoners... The chef defends a responsible vision of food that we let us share fully. Together, we will continue to refine our recipes, improve our products and develop new ones.
