Our recipe is cooked in Provence, without any additives.   Without artifice, this sauce is composed of: 52% chili pepper, ingredients which bring pep (garlic, date paste, orange), others which bring a balance of flavors (salt, cane sugar, vinegar) and the voila! 

Everything is carefully selected, without coloring, flavoring or preservatives. •Provençal pepper which works for biodiversity. 

While chili production is concentrated in China and Mexico, we have chosen to work with local market gardeners. 

Our sauce is made with peppers from Hervé, a market gardener located right next to Carpentras. 

He promotes biodiversity by diversifying his crops as much as possible and he is currently working on an agroforestry project which combines trees and crops. 

The objective?
