Coq Noir cooks unique recipes in France and selects its ingredients very rigorously. In this recipe, we worked on the quality of tomatoes, which come from Provence, organic fair trade cane sugar, and an oil full of flavors, which comes from Spain or Tunisia. •An approach undertaken in the tomato sector. 

Le Coq Noir sources its supplies directly from producers organized in cooperatives and contracts annually the volume of products necessary to give them greater visibility. 

Their tomatoes are grown in the open field, without a greenhouse. Following a difficult harvest in 2021, Le Coq Noir sources Provence tomatoes from the supplier Panier Provençal for its tomato concentrate.
