Instructions for use inside. </p><br/><br/>Tips for use:<br/><p>Clean the stones with clean water and soap and heat them in the case for 30 to 40 minutes. 

Apply a few drops of oil or cream all over the body. 

Select the hot stones suited to the part of the body to be massaged, take them in hand and slide them over the skin. 

Then place the hot stones on the specified acupuncture points for 20 minutes.
