OOKA was born in 2020 in La Seyne-sur-Mer, in the south of France, from the friendship and commitment of two Var residents who are passionate about coffee: Clément Ribeaud and Aymeric Soubrouillard. Their ambition: to offer exceptional specialty coffee, while building a company focused on ecology, the circular economy and well-being at work.
Our core business? Artisanal roasting of coffee beans, in a short circuit, with low environmental impact. All our coffees are of certified origin, organic, fair trade or from sources that respect producers. We roast them ourselves, by hand, in our workshop located in a former family carpentry workshop from 1929.
Initially designed for committed businesses, our coffee solution has become a local benchmark: coffees delivered without single-use packaging, grounds collected for recycling, and a zero-waste objective at every stage. OOKA is a good, beautiful, consistent product—a responsible alternative to capsules for shops that want to offer quality, responsible coffee.
Our ambition today is to open our world to as many people as possible: independent businesses, delicatessens, concept stores, hotels and living spaces wishing to offer an authentic, sustainable and French product.
