Dill seeds

Dill is very well known for its tops, but its seeds are also very interesting. Very tasty, with a warm and subtly aniseed scent, dill seeds are more sweetly reminiscent of fennel seeds. They spice up fish, sauces, cakes and dressings. Like all seeds, gentle roasting will heighten its flavor.
