Chicken Biryani is a very popular traditional Indian dish. Composed mainly of rice and spices, it contains meat or vegetables depending on the region. Our Biryani spices are made up of around 25 spices and herbs. A subtle blend to offer you a highly aromatic dish and guarantee you a journey to the heart of India. You can use it to marinate your meat; for your broth, count 2 tsp for 6 people. You can also add a pinch of saffron to your broth.
