Souvlaki Spices

Souvlaki means “skewer” in Greek. This specialty is a dish of marinated and grilled pieces of meat that are usually presented on skewers, but can also be eaten in pita bread or on a plate with garnishes. We have created this tasty, non-spicy spice blend to flavor your marinades. It is composed - among other things - of oregano, niora pepper and a hint of smoked paprika. Our souvlaki mix is a wonderful flavor for meats, especially lamb and chicken. It can also accompany your vegetable-based dishes: eggplant, tomato, mushroom, pepper, etc. Without additives, colorings, preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: made in our workshop in Normandy Allergens: SULPHITES. Possible traces of sesame, nuts, mustard, peanuts, celery. Storage: Store away from air, humidity, light and heat.
