Gomashio is a blend of roasted black sesame "goma" and sea salt "shio". It is a condiment that easily substitutes for table salt. It is very popular because it is a healthy seasoning. Its toasted flavor will bring an addictive flavor to your simplest dishes. Made with Guérande fleur de sel, our gomashio is fine and delicate.
