Gomashio - Smoked Paprika

Gomashio is a blend of roasted black sesame "goma" and sea salt "shio". It is a condiment that easily substitutes for table salt. It is very popular because it is a healthy seasoning. Its toasted flavor will bring an addictive flavor to your simplest dishes. Our gomashio is made with Guérande fleur de sel and a magnificent smoked Spanish paprika. Use it wherever you want to add an irresistible and delicately smoky flavor, such as salt or Espelette pepper: depending on taste, a pinch or two (generous for amateurs) is sufficient. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
