Kororima seed also called wild cardamom is a little Ethiopian treasure. Its sweet, fresh and fruity fragrance offers more sweetness than green cardamom and a sweeter balsamic note than black cardamom. In Ethiopia it is a staple of traditional Buna coffee and is used almost everywhere to add originality to classic dishes. You can use it crushed, ground and even infused because it has the same benefits as green cardamom.
