The Isfahan rose is a variety of old rose derived from the Damascus rose. Its intoxicating flavor sublimates fruits (lychee, raspberry, pear, pistachio, almond…), creams (chantilly, pastry, English, frangipane…) and pastries (macaron, cabbage icing, bavarois, tiramisu, semolina cake…). It also gently flavors oriental dishes (e.g. tajines, kefta, etc.). Best used as an infusion. As a well-being infusion, it will bring you peace and comfort.
