Guajillo pepper flakes - SWEET

Guajillo pepper is one of the most widely used peppers in Mexico along with pasilla and ancho. It is used there in everyday cooking to flavor soups, stews, vegetables and meats. Its heat is moderate and its fruity flavor is spicy. In flakes, it is very easy to use, you do not need to rehydrate it, just brown it with your food, it will soften when cooked. Be careful not to burn it though.
