Pili-Pili Pepper - VOLCANIC

A hot pepper picked at full maturity and dried in the sun. Pili-Pili has a sweet and powerful flavor. Its heat is measured at 9/10 on the Scoville scale; it should therefore be handled with care. If you like oils, sauces or spicy stews, it will be your ally! Start with 1 pepper to understand its spiciness. If you leave it whole, it will be less potent because the capsaicin is contained in the seeds and the inner menbrane. We advise you to use an infuser if you do not want to bite into a piece of pepper that has been lost in your preparation.
