White Kampot Pepper IGP

Kampot pepper is a rare pepper, produced from fully ripe red grains unlike most white peppers, which makes it more delicate. It has a fresh scent, with a lively spiciness, and delicate notes of fresh herbs and eucalyptus. Present on the tables of the greatest chefs, it perfumes wonderfully shellfish, white fish, white meats and veal. It is the ally of white sauces and goes perfectly with vegetables, starches and certain fruits such as pears and oranges.
