NEPAL CHOCOLATE LONG PEPPER

This small wild long pepper from Nepal has a complex flavor of roasted cocoa bean, subtly spicy and a lively spiciness which then leaves a nice freshness in the mouth. Prefer use in infusion to control its heat or reduce it for more power. It accompanies most meats, charcuterie, seafood, but also desserts, whether fruity or chocolate.
