This variety, renowned in French Polynesia, offers us exceptional quality and stands out for its floral anise and prune notes. Tahitensis is a vanilla that does not split when ripe, unlike Planifolia. As a result, they are picked from the vines at full maturity, thus allowing its incredible aromatic palette to develop and make the reputation of Tahitensis. HASRaiatea, the know-how is ancestral, it is passed down from generation to generation, the pods are massaged every day in order to multiply the aromas, which makes them supple, fleshy and fatty.
