Nostalgia A relaxing, organic herbal drink without caffeine. Served as a hot beverage in winter with activity against anxiety and stress and as a cold drink in the summer. Ideal for cooking in soups and salads. Directions: Add one teaspoon of blend per cup of hot water and steep covered, for 4-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or iced, plain or add sweetener to taste.
